Board of Guardians Roles and Responsibilities
The Board of Guardians have the following roles and responsibilities:
To be custodian of all assets of the Fund
To manage, maintain and grow the Fund in accordance with the Ordinance
To invest the monies of the Fund in accordance with the provision of the Ordinance
To carry out such other functions or duties not inconsistent with the Ordinance

Chief Executive Officer
The Board appoints a Chief Executive Officer who is primarily responsible for the control and operation of the Fund in accordance with the provisions of the Ordinance and directions, policies and decisions of the Board.
